Part-time flexible (PTF) letter carriers Q-and-A
The following questions and answers will shed some light on the benefits of being a PTF, and also will highlight areas of the National Agreement that apply differently to PTFs than other employee classifications.

Letter carriers can participate in the CFC to make charitable donations via deductions from our paychecks. During this year’s CFC Open Season (Sept. 20 through Jan. 11, 2019), letter carriers may sign up to make donations through CFC next year.
