This is an update to the Oct. 6 notification concerning charges received by the NALC Executive Council proffered against President Brian L. Renfroe by another member of the Council.

On Dec. 13-15 and Jan. 17-18, the panel of three disinterested members conducted evidentiary hearings at NALC Headquarters. The panel members, pictured right, are Brian Hellman, Branch 36 retired member; Barry Weiner, Branch 9 retired member; and Myra Warren, Branch 132 retired member.  

The panel is scheduled to resume evidentiary hearings on Feb. 12.

NALC will keep members informed as the process moves forward.
