Postal Service critics complaining about red ink ignore facts (The Hill)

NALC President Fredric Rolando’s commentary piece for The Hill ran today. The president rebutted a recent commentary that presented a misleading picture of USPS finances. (The prior piece was published a day before the Postal Service released its annual report showing the agency made $610 million in operating profit in Fiscal Year 2016.)
