The NALC Constitution calls for the union to hold a national meeting in the odd-numbered years between biennial national conventions. This year, more than 1,500 branch and state leaders from all over the country gathered in Las Vegas.

On Sept. 27, thousands of NALC members in congressional districts across the country joined brothers and sisters in the other crafts—plus family members, friends and community leaders—for one of the most visible postal rallies ever organized.
