  In March, NALC President Fredric Rolando signed a memorandum of understanding with the U.S. Postal Service on a new Joint Alternate Route Adjustment Process (JARAP) for 2011.

  Wilmington, NC Branch 464 member John Conde was deployed twice to Iraq in the Army, won the Bronze Star and more. In 2010, he went on on a medical mission to the Dominican Republic.
