I'm sure you've seen the commercials about the Postal Service's dire financial problem. Yes, the agency is very much in the red, but now we're hearing the Postal Service may default on its payment for retiree benefits. But these aren't benefits for current employees. The Postal Service has to pre-fund its retiree benefits account and its employees say that's what is causing the agency to go broke. National Association of Letter Carriers' President, Fred Rolando, spoke with us about the money woes and why Congress is the only ones who can fix it.
