Aug. 18, 2011 -- Durham, NC Branch 382 Vice President Jimmy Mainor, along with former letter carrier and author Phil Rubio spoke with National Public Radio's Tony Cox on the "Tell Me More" program Aug. 18. Rubio recently had an opinion piece carried in The Washington Post, The Miami Herald and elsewhere. He's the author of There's Always Work at the Post Office, and he was quoted in the June 2011 Postal Record article, "Same Work, Different Unions: Carriers Contend with Legacy of Segregation."
