May 6, 2012 -- Richard Wueste, CEO of Colorado Consulting Associates, a management consulting group based in Alamosa, CO, wrote a column for the May 6 issue of The Pueblo Chieftan. In the column, Wueste wrote of the need for postal services in rural America, where access to the Internet is not as readily available as in more urban areas.
